Square metres don't tell the whole story
Two 7 m² units can hold very different amounts. What matters is the height.
In practice: what would need 10 m² elsewhere fits in 7 m² here — and you pay for 7. With shelving you use the full height; the plans and the exact volume of every unit are available on request.
Ceiling height per level: 3.5 m on Level A and 2.5 m on Level B. On Level A that is well above the 2.4 m usual in self storage.
