24/7 CCTV
High-resolution cameras cover the main entrance, the loading ramp, the internal corridors and key points of passage. Recorded footage is accessed only by authorised persons, in line with our privacy policy.
Central alarm
The facility is protected by a central alarm system connected to a licensed monitoring centre, for immediate handling of incidents according to set procedures.
Controlled access
Entry is through an access control system that logs the date and time of each entry or exit. Depending on the system and package, access may be by PIN, card/RFID or a personal digital key.
Smart access
Where smart locks are installed, access rights can be enabled or disabled for specific authorised users.
Smoke detection in every unit
Every storage unit has its own smoke detector, connected to the central fire detection system. Detectors are also installed in common areas and corridors.
Lighting and electrical
Corridors, common areas and the inside of every unit have high-efficiency LED lighting. The electrical installation is renovated, with safe panels, upgraded lines and properly certified materials.
Unit construction
Each unit is a clearly defined, solid space. Standard doors are secured with the customer's own padlock, while selected units may offer smart access.
A clean environment
The resin industrial floor provides a durable, clean and slip-resistant surface. Common areas are cleaned regularly and checked for damp, leaks or damage.
